A production cel from the Filmation Studios animated series "The Adventures of Superboy" (1966-1969), which aired as part of the series "The Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure" (1966-1970). Featuring a person in a green and grey protective suit, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode titled "The Neanderthal Caveman Caper," which aired on October 21, 1967. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring approximately 4.5"x3.25", the cel is in very good condition, with green paint splotches on the grey painted areas.
