Featuring a vibrant floral-esque explosion of orange, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The background is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the Dora Luz segment of the film. Measuring 10"x12" overall, the background is in very good condition with minor discoloration, pinholes from studio use, minor surface tears to the top edge and left corner, and adhesive to the reverse, also from studio use.
